Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us - SoundInferno, email: service@soundinferno.com - of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Please note:
The right of cancellation expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier if we have begun to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin to execute the contract before the expiry of the cancellation period and you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you will lose your right of cancellation when the contract begins to be executed.
